WHO WE ARE

Duck Vapour is a glitch art and VJ project: live glitch visuals, VJ sets, streams, events and merch. Questions about anything on this page, an order or your submission: duckvapour@gmail.com. We reply within 3 business days.

WHAT A SUBMISSION IS

When you buy a submission, you're paying for your text, photo or video clip to be reviewed for possible use in Duck Vapour's live visuals. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Your purchase guarantees your submission will be considered, not shown. Content can be passed over for subject matter, quality or timing. Submissions are reviewed for upcoming shows and streams; no specific show, stream, date or time is promised.

Priority is an optional add-on that moves your submission up the review list. It does not guarantee your submission will be shown.

Video clips longer than 10 seconds may be trimmed. Anything shown may be cropped, resized, recolored, layered with other visuals or otherwise edited as part of the performance.

CONTENT RULES

Only submit things you made or have permission to share. We pass over, and may delete without notice, anything that includes nudity or sexual content, hate or harassment, violence or gore, anything illegal, anyone's private information (addresses, phone numbers and the like), people who haven't agreed to be shown, ads or spam, or copyrighted material you don't own. Illegal content is reported to the authorities.

PERMISSION YOU GIVE US

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting, you give Duck Vapour a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to show, edit and include your submission in live performances and streams, and in photos, recordings and social media posts of those performances and streams. You confirm you have the right to give this permission.

REFUNDS

All sales final, no refunds. This includes submissions that are passed over for subject matter, quality or timing, and submissions removed for breaking the content rules. The one exception: if you were charged by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a payment for a submission that never reached us, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Merch terms (shipping, returns) will be added here when the store opens.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

PRIVACY

We collect only what you give us: your name or handle and email if you enter them, messages you send through the contact form, the files and text you submit, and payment confirmations from Stripe. We use this only to review submissions, reply to you and send emails you've asked for. We don't sell your information. It's stored with the services that run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Submissions that aren't used are deleted after review. To have your information deleted, email us.

AGE

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you paid apply to your purchase.
